Here are easy ways to use our chokeberry products. With this recipes, the use of chokeberry in your daily diet will not be a problem. The addition of chokeberry will eliminate the monotony of meals, without which we can not imagine the basic menu for each day.
– 2-3 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
– 2 tablespoons of oats
– 1 tablespoon of your favorite nuts (eg. Hazelnuts)
– 1 tablespoon of your favorite seeds (eg. Pumpkin, linseed)
– 3 teaspoons of chokeberry jam
– 1 teaspoon dried chokeberry
To the small dish apply natural yogurt. The next layer of your breakfast is 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, which are the basis of carbohydrates. To enrich your breakfast with healthy fats, add a small amount of your favorite seeds and nuts. They may be pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, and many others. The first daily meal should contain fruit. Our example includes a 3 teaspoons of Aronia Medik jam and a little dried chokeberry.
The breakfast is the most important meal of the day. By today’s pace of life we don’t always attach importance to morning delivery of proper energu ammount. And after all, so you can quickly and easily prepare a dose of food, which will allow to start the good day.
You can eat yogurt prepared at home or take with you to work, as an alternative to other breakfast. You will no longer have to buy instant oatmeal or highly processed yogurt, mixed with sweetened cereal.
– 1 turkey haunch (leg meat and skin -approximately 1kg)
– 2 pears
– 1 apple
– 4 heaping tablespoon of aronia organic jam
– 1 tablespoon of marjoram
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of pepper
– 2 garlic clove
– 1 tablespoon of grapeseed or sunflower seeds oil
– 1 baking sleeve
Wash the turkey haunch and dry it with the paper towels. Mix oil with prepare salt, pepper, marjoram and pressed garlic and slather the meat. Marinate min. 12 hours. Inside of the turkey slather with aronia organic jam. Put the meat in the baking sleeve. Add pears and apple (with no skin). Baking sleeve needs to be tied from both sides and put in the casserole. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 2 hours. 20 minutes before the end cut the baking sleeve. It’s a great alternative to fried meals for lunch or dinner. What is more turkey meat has a very low content of harmful fat. In addition, aronia reduces risk factors for the development of diseases of the cardiovascular system and helps in the fight against obesity
– 500 g spelt flour
– 2 tablespoon of butter
– 250 ml of milk
– 30 g of fresh yeast
– 50 g of sugar
– Vanilla aroma
– 100 g of aronia organic preserves
Dissolve the yeast In 125 ml of warm milk. Heat the second half of the milk (125 ml), dissolve the butter and sugar. Put flour into a bowl, add milk, sugar, yeast and vanilla aroma. Knead until the dough is elastic. Leave the dough in a warm place to rise for approx. 1 hour. After this time, roll out the dough into a rectangle. Coat the cake with aronia jam and roll it up. Cut the dough in approx. 5 cm slices, place in small increments on a baking sheet. Cover with a cotton cloth and leave in a warm place to rise again for approx. 30 min. Bake in oven preheated to 180 ° C for approx. 30 min. Delicious variety for very sweet and always filled with preservatives buns, which we can find in the shops. Spelt flour is less processed and aronia preserves give the buns an unique sour flavor. We had so much fun doing this!
